Nagravision and DISH Network Sign New Long-Term Agreement

announced the execution of a Conditional Access System agreement
with DISH Network L.L.C., a subsidiary of DISH Network Corporation (Nasdaq:
DISH).
DISH Network recently completed a migration of its more than 14
million subscribers (as of Dec. 10, 2009) to Nagravision's new
generation security technology. The new ten year agreement with
Nagravision and NagraStar L.L.C. aligns DISH Network's and
Nagravision's interests to optimize the resilience of DISH Network's
security solutions, including the deployment of next generation
security smart cards in addition to a broader scope of signal
protection covering traditional and emerging piracy threats.
