Retailers, our Retail Services Department manages all this
and more on your behalf. When you’ve got paperwork

WEB
The CVS Systems web site is first and foremost an
interactive business management tool designed specifically
for our Retailers daily use where they can simply and
easily:
- view our “Shopping Cart”
of product and parts, part numbers, descriptions and our
low prices.
- view their personal
Secure Data, where Retailers can obtain information and
status reports regarding their specific business in a
safe and secure manner.
- view, download and/or
order Sales and Marketing tools, including flyer
inserts, newspaper ads, outdoor
art, advertorials, tear offs, gift certificates and
other sales tools.
- obtain Training
registration information, location, dates and times.
- receive Valuable
Technical Service
- view current memos from
CVS Systems, DISH Network, XM Satellite Radio & more.
DISTRIBUTION
CVS Systems is the largest freight shipper in our region.
Our Warehouse and Distribution team utilizes advanced
technology and automation to ensure orders are delivered
right and right on time. Most orders received by 3:30pm local
time are shipped same-day.
MARKETING
The CVS Systems Marketing Department designs and produces
original advertising materials for Retailers who have unique
needs or a desire to communicate a different marketing
message from what is universally available.
CVS Systems ability to buy in large volumes enables
Retailers to purchase advertising space at a fraction of
their normal cost. Advertising solutions such as newspaper
ads, 2-sided, 4-color flyer inserts and direct mail post
cards, outdoor billboards. Most
items meet co-op guidelines which effectively reduces the
already low cost by another 60%.
CO-OP
With the generous amount of Co-op dollars made available for
Retailer use, its critical Retailers follow all required
Co-op guidelines to ensure accurate and timely
reimbursement. This is a tremendous undertaking for the
Retailer alone, so our Co-op Department performs the
necessary functions on the Retailers behalf, including
processing Co-op Pre-approval requests and Co-op claims as
well as providing persistent follow-up to ensure Retailers
get the reimbursement due them.
